There are a lot of things to do in California. In no other place in the world can you ski, surf, wine taste, explore the desert, hike among redwood trees and dine with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge, in a half a days drive. California is full of natural beauty see, big cities to explore, gourmet food to taste, ocean breezes to smell and historical artifacts to touch.

The Big Island has everything necessary for a great vacation; beautiful weather, sandy beaches, great local food, luxurious resorts, outdoor adventures and of course great shopping. You will probably want to go for longer than a weekend or even a week to enjoy everything the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer. We visited Hilo, Volcano National Park, Puna, Place of Refuge, Kailua-Kona, Kohala, and the Hamaka Coast on our vacation and share everything we learned about traveling to Hawaii.

There is more to Arizona and Utah than beautiful red rocks, but the geography alone is a great reason to visit these amazing states. Because of their relatively smaller populations, there are fewer tourists and parks aren't crowded.

Famous for it's national parks, both Arizona and Utah are very photogenic. Just point and shoot at sunrise or sunset and you will be rewarded with a great shot. Outdoor enthusiasts will find abundant opportunities to bike, raft, fish, hike, ski or just relax.

The Rocky Mountains run through the mile high state creating the backdrop for many water bottle weekends. From Durango to the south to Rocky Mountain National Park to the north, explore rocks, rivers, lakes, mountains, mining towns, college towns and don't forget ski towns.

Those who live along the front range are within two hours of some of the best skiing, hiking, rafting and wild life watching in the world. Despite it's reputation, the weather is very adventure friendly. Cold days are often sunny and summer days always cool off by late afternoon.

Michigan/Ohio/Chicago - Coming Soon
Michigan is a state with amazing variety. The eastern shores of Lake Michigan are warm and sandy, and the southern shores of Lake Michigan are beautiful and peaceful. The countryside is dotted with picturesque farms and road side fruit stands. Detroit hosts an outstanding array of cultural and sports attractions.

Chicago, Illinois is a great weekend get-away. Enjoy ball parks, famous pizza, world renown museums and shopping until you drop on the Miracle Mile.

Ohio is also primarily agriculturally based, and offers national parks, museums, rivers to canoe and cities to enjoy.

Oregon Bonfire Oregon - Coming Soon

The Oregon coast is not only beautiful, but relatively uncrowded. Driving along highway 1 can take much longer than you think it will, because there are so many beautiful visit points at which to stop. Visit Oregon for the beaches, skiing, rafting and Shakespeare theater. Taste the fresh fish, sample ripe fruit straight off of the trees, go wine tasting or visit cheese factories.

Visitors to New Mexico will find it truly is enchanted. Native American and Spanish influence are everywhere including art, architecture, touristy things to buy and best of all in the food.

Visit sky resorts and spas, dine where the rich and famous dine in Santa Fe or eat the best smothered burrito you will ever eat. Play Frisbee golf or take a river rafting trip.
